Kiene Engine & Compressor Indicator Valves
Kiene offers both ball and needle indicator valves for compressors, which include an integrated indicator connection, straight-through flowpath, and compact configuration. These models are suitable for use in applications up to 6000 PSI and 500 degrees F.
CV Series (CV-72NLH, CV-72LH)
The Kiene CV Series comprises full-opening, quarter-turn ball valves specially designed for analyzing the performance of gas compressor cylinders. The valves feature a compact design, built-in safety features, and fast-acting ¼ turn ball shutoff.
Please note that the seats are proprietary filled PTFE, and the maximum operating pressure is 2,000 p.s.i., with a maximum operating temperature of 250°.
Kiene’s KN-20 series are tried and tested needle-type indicator valves and are specifically designed for compressor analysis. They are the ideal solution for higher pressure and temperature applications, for pressures to 4000 PSI and temperatures to 400º F.
Kiene’s SMCV series valves allow continuous pressure monitoring or portable compressor analysis. These are designed specifically for performance analysis of gas compressor cylinders. The valve has a compact design, built-in safety features, and a fast-acting 1/4 turn ball valve.
